What does Crew mean ?

CREW :

"My conception of a crew is some people that are friends first of all. They usually have the same visions of our art and click together really well. They will not hang out the phone when you call them at 3am in emergency. They will not kick out somebody of the crew because he doesn't train enough or rep enough. They will probably do extra activities together outside of dancing. I like to see a real crew because sometimes you witness the dancing flavour that they created together by been influenced by each other practicing together and drinking together."

團隊 :

我對於團隊的看法是一群有著相同理念並一拍即合的朋友，他們不會在半夜三點時掛掉你的緊急電話，不會因為你練習不足或不夠具代表性而將你踢出團隊。他們可能會在跳舞之餘還跟你共同參與其他活動。我喜歡看到團隊，因為有時候你會目睹到一個團隊因為成員間在一起練習、小酌，彼此相互影響進而在舞蹈上激發出火花。
